Through training at the Kung Fu Fitness class you will become the fittest you have ever been! Kung Fu classes are
a great way to lose weight while having fun and learning how to defend yourself. Each and every class will help you realise
your fitness goals. Through warm ups, circuit training, stance work, sparring, forms training and self-defence applications,
you will not only become fit, but also very strong.
